Executive Management Team

 Liane Legey was born in Brazil, the oldest daughter to an internationally known doctor and Professor of Medicine. She was raised in a very devout Catholic family and originally wanted to be a nun. As a young adult, she worked for the Jesuit Priests from CEAS (a Non-Profit organization) as an Economist and Project Manager developing Humanitarian and Social projects to raise the standard of living among the poor in her state in Brazil.
Liane is the cofounder of the Humanity Healing Network and sits on the Board of Directors for the Humanity Healing Foundation. Liane's professional life is incredibly varied. She is an anthropologist and degreed Economist, who has worked for the Brazilian State of Bahia Commerce Department from 1985-1988.


Liane started the IA program to help create a cadre of informed citizens of the world to enact change and spread the concept of Global responsibility.

Initiator - Liane sets the policy and establishes guidelines. She oversees the entire IA Program. It is important that duplication of Programs and Campaigns do not occur for wasting energy and resources.


Gary L. Rocha - A Canadian by choice, he has chosen to spend his retirement days in The Netherlands, EU. Born (1932) in Yokohama Japan to parents of multi ethnic roots. He is a world traveler, educated in the School Of Life, disciplined by various cultures. Coming from a career within the Travel and Hospitality industries, he is well suited for taking on a volunteer position as –
Executive - Responsible for structure of the International Ambassador Program. Within this role, he will develop a Management Team who will assist him oversee the various Initiatives and Campaigns introduced or incorporated by HHF.



Kimberly Rex, MS -Is a certified Resonance Repatterning© and Person-Centered Expressive Therapist who works with individuals, groups and organizations to support positive change. She has over two decades of experience working with and leading teams with the purpose of creating vision, greater organization and coherence for peace, wellness and well-being. She lives in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, and considers herself a world citizen. She serves as -

Executive Assistant - In the International Ambassador Program for Humanity Healing to develop organizational tools, and enhance energetic structural coherence throughout the process.

deZengo / deNise Moore A native Tennessean with very real local ties to family and community as well as global exposure, adventures and awareness. Born (1964) in Virginia, U.S.A. to parents of Cherokee and Irish decent. She grew up in a military family, raised in the Bible Belt with a progressive mother. She has a background in art and works in several mediums & amp; digital. When the military lifestyle ended she had the pleasure of getting a degree in marketing / advertising / design in Seattle WA. Director for Media – Will take charge of all promotion of the IA Program, and associated HHF campaigns. The Director is to research for all possible modes to bring the work of Humanity Healing Foundation and its International Ambassadors to the Global public. She is to make recommendations for utilizing the best mode of the findings.

Director for Field Programs and Campaigns – At ground zero level is where the “dreams” manifest for a better world. The Director will organize the programs and campaigns that cohere to HHF intent and Mission Statement. Work in conjunction with the rest of the team, and establish a schedule for report to keep HHF network members updated.
